The Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) is pleased to announce that JM MEDIA GROUP has signed on as the latest League Sponsor for the 2022 season. JM Media will help provide financial support to the League as a whole and assist with the WLA’s external marketing efforts across seven markets in Southwestern British Columbia.

ABOUT the WLA 

The Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) is an amateur league of men’s Senior A box lacrosse sanctioned by Lacrosse Canada. It consists of seven teams, based in cities throughout southwestern British Columbia. Each year, the teams battle for the right to compete against the Ontario Major Series Lacrosse champion for the Mann Cup.

The WLA season runs from May to August and begins Friday, May 27, when the New Westminster Salmonbellies travel to Victoria to take on the Shamrocks.
